Inside Flow verbindet fließende Vinyasa Yoga-Sequenzen mit moderner Musik zu einer bewegten Choreografie, die dich berührt. Jeder Flow erzählt eine Geschichte, die durch den Song, die Sequenz und den Moment lebendig wird. Die Musik leitet dich, dein Körper fließt im Takt – alles ist im Einklang.
Freu‘ dich auf vier einzigartige Flows von Inside Flow® Senior Teacher Nicki Vellick/Yogalife Graz und Junior Teacher Alexandra Stadler aus Wien zu jeweils unterschiedlichen Songs, die dich auf eine wundervolle Yogareise mitnehmen: kraftvoll oder ruhig, leidenschaftlich und berührend.

Buchungsbedingungen
Buchungen erfolgen ausschließlich via Anmeldeformular, dein Platz ist gesichert, sobald die Zahlung eingegangen ist. Tickets sind nicht stornierbar, können aber an andere Personen übertragen werden (in diesem Fall bitte um Bekanntgabe des Namens und der Emailadresse der Ersatzperson). Einzige Ausnahme: Übermitteln eines ärztlichen Attest VOR der Veranstaltung, Storno erfolgt mit Abzug von 20% Bearbeitungsgebühr.
Im Falle einer Absage seitens Veranstalterin erfolgt eine 100%ige Geldrückerstattung auf die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode.

Unterkunft
Du kannst dir direkt bei der Location auch eine Unterkunft in der HausPension buchen. Unter Angabe „alesta“ erhältst du -15% auf den Zimmerpreis! Es gibt auch Packages mit einem verünstigten Wiener Linien-Ticket (Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel).

Du bringst Yoga-Erfahrung mit, Inside Flow® lernst du vor Ort kennen – und lieben! Versprochen. - Kann ich allein kommen?
Ja! Viele Teilnehmer:innen kommen allein und bewegen sich gemeinsam im Raum. Natürlich ist es mit einer/einem Freund:in noch schöner – mit dem Bring-a-Friend-Ticket sparst ihr zu zweit. - Was bringe ich mit?
Matte (wichtig! Es gibt KEINE Matten vor Ort!), Wasserflasche und bequeme Kleidung, vielleicht ein kleines Handtuch wenn du leicht schwitzt. - Kann ich mein Ticket übertragen?
Ja, bitte gib Name und E-Mail der Ersatzperson bekannt. Stornos sind nicht möglich.
Hinweis: am Veranstaltungsort können teilweise Fotos und/oder Videos gemacht und zu Schulungszwecken bzw. zur Dokumentation der Veranstaltung auf Social Media verwendet werden. Mit der Anmeldung zur Veranstaltung nehmen alle Teilnehmer:innen zur Kenntnis, dass Fotografien und Videomaterialien, auf denen sie etwaig abgebildet sind, in sozialen Medien veröffentlicht werden. At Inside Flow Concert you can expect a day full of yoga to modern music, movement and emotions – that’s the unique magic of Inside Flow®.
Inside Flow combines flowing Vinyasa yoga sequences with modern music to create a moving choreography that touches you. Each flow tells a story that comes to life through the song, the sequence and the moment. The music guides you, your body flows to the beat – everything is in harmony.
Look forward to four unique flows from Inside Flow® Senior Teacher Nicki Vellick/Yogalife Graz and Junior Teacher Alexandra Stadler from Vienna, each set to different songs that will take you on a wonderful yoga journey: powerful or calm, passionate and touching.

Booking terms & conditions
booking only via Anmeldeformular, your spot is save as soon as your payment has arrived.
Tickets cannot be cancelled, but may be transferred to another person (in this case, please provide the name and email address of the replacement person). The only exception: submission of a medical certificate BEFORE the event; in this case, a 20% administration fee will be deducted from the refund.
In the event of cancellation by the organiser, a 100% refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Do I need any Inside Flow® experience?
You’ll already have some yoga experience; you’ll get to know – and love – Inside Flow® once you’re there! We promise.Can I come on my own?
Yes! Lots of participants come on their own and practise together in the studio. Of course, it’s even more fun with a friend – with the ‘Bring a Friend’ ticket, you’ll both save money.What should I bring?
A mat (important! There are NO mats provided on site!), a water bottle and comfortable clothing, and perhaps a small towel if you tend to sweat a little.Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes, please provide the name and email address of the replacement. Cancellations are not permitted.Please note: photos and/or videos may be taken at the venue and used on social media for training purposes or to document the event. By registering for the event, all participants acknowledge that photographs and video footage in which they may appear may be published on social media. Of course, we can take this into account on a case-by-case basis if you do not wish to appear in a photo or video – please inform the organiser of this before the event begins; otherwise, we will assume you have given your consent.
